For firms

If your firm is rated, here is exactly how that happens and what you can do about it.

How firms are rated

Ratings come only from verified executives of US-listed companies that hired the firm. A company counts once per firm. A score is published only once at least five distinct companies have rated the firm, and every qualifying score is published.

Ratings cannot be bought

Firms cannot pay to be rated, to improve a rating, to suppress one, or to be removed from the survey. We take no money from rated firms in any form.
