We separate who you are from what you said

Your invitation link identifies a company, not a person. When you submit, your answers are stored with no link back to your invitation. The only connection is held in a separate key store that no member of staff uses for analysis.

The link is deleted

That key store is deleted in full 30 days after the survey closes, and can be destroyed earlier. After deletion, no one, including us, can trace an answer back to an invitation.

No firm will ever know how you answered

Rated firms see aggregate scores only, and only once at least five companies have rated them. Comments are published only if you allowed it, and only after review to remove anything identifying.

We store dates, not times

Invitations and responses record the date only, so submission times cannot be matched against each other.

We never sell data

We do not sell, rent or share survey data. There are no third-party analytics, ad pixels, chat widgets, social embeds or externally hosted fonts on this site, and we use essential cookies only.
