How it works
IssuerVoice collects first-hand experience from the people who hire and manage service providers.
Who can take part
Current and recent C Suite, general counsel and board members of US-listed companies with a market capitalization under $500 million. Participation is by invitation only, and every invitation is checked against public SEC filings.
What we ask
For each firm you worked with personally, we ask:
- An overall rating from one to five
- Whether you would hire the firm again
- Quality of work
- Responsiveness and deadlines
- Fees and value
- An optional comment of up to 280 characters
How long it takes
About three minutes. One question set per screen, with a review step before you submit. Answers are kept in your browser until you submit.
What participants get
Participants receive the results when it is ready. This ranking will not be published publicly.
